I enjoy providing shop drawing services in in all of New Jersey and parts of the Philadelphia area in Pennsylvania. Also for larger projects I am willing to travel further including to Delaware.
Shop Drawing Services:
Perform site visits and measurements as needed.
Create shop drawings in preparation for existing commercial building renovations, building remodels, or new building construction.
Create drawing drafts in Adobe PDF format for review by contractors and/or clients.
Also adjust drawings as needed.
If needed, contact and coordinate with permitting agency.
Prepare CAD Drafting drawings for permit submission for Contractors including electricians, mechanical, and sheet metal:
Electricians – electrical layouts, fire alarm layouts and electrical as-builts
Mechanical Contractors – HVAC duct-work layouts
Sheet Metal Contractors – Metal roofs and wall panels
