I offer construction site visits in New Jersey, the Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania, and Delaware including initial assessment and during construction reviews. Also for larger projects I am willing to travel further including to New York.
CONSTRUCTION SITE VISITS SERVICES:
Travel to sites for possible new project and discuss house construction design options. Also assist client on pursing various concepts and feasibility for project potential for a building construction plan. Visits to properties that suffer Fire damage can also be arranged, as I am a Volunteer Fireman and comfortable working with those conditions.
